Firstly my apologies for the delay in answering your question. Liver disease is dangerous because it is often symptom free. If you suffer from alcoholic liver disease it might cause abdominal pain. Several other health problems, however, can cause abdominal pain after  alcohol consumption. You will need to consult with a medical practitioner. You can ask to have blood tests to determine your liver health and it will create an opportunity to eliminate or detect any other possible causes for the abdominal pain.
