Q.

Liver disease

I used to drink quite a lot when I was younger (20's and 30's). I'm worried now that I may have liver disease. What are some of the symptoms I should watch out for?

Firstly my apologies in the delay to answer your question. Mostly lever disease do not have symptoms, but blood tests ordered by you GP should indicate the health of your liver. Some of the signs of liver disease are an enlarged liver as diagnosed by a doctor,  fatigue, weakness, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea, sometimes abdominal pain, and yellowing of the eyes and/ skin. The liver can be supported by amongst other things, taking Essentiale Extreme capsules (2 capsules 3x daily), increasing your level of exercise, increasing intake of fresh fruit and vegetables.
