My apologies for the delay in answering your questions. Fast food can contain trans-fats, high levels of other oils and fats, refined starches and sugars. To maintain liver health, it is recommended to every day: drink sufficient water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid fatty foods  and alcohol and to do mild to moderate exercise.

Regular fast food meals might deprive you of the suggested healthy eating habits and therefore aid in an unhealthy lifestyle in general.
