Q.

Yoghurt???

Hi,

I'd like to know if i can give my 8 and 1/2 month old yoghurt? I know he's not supposed to have cow's milk before 12 months

It is probably alright to give your baby yoghurt at this stage because the milk protein is modified by the bacteria and the fermentation process itself. However there is a strong belief that infants should not have unmodified cow's milk as such before the age of 12 months.
