My daughter is 20mths and last night she kept me up from 1:00am coughing - Sometimes its wet and sometimes its dry, its a nagging cough. She has also been suffering with sticky/watery pink eyes and about a week ago she had a fever, but were told that her tonsils are inflammed and that if the fever persists antibiotics would be needed, but the fever passed and all seemed ok! She has had a recent cold towards the beginning of Sept but received a dose of Orelox which only left behind a runny nose. Could this be the remainder of a cold passing or could it be something more serious like Whooping Cough? Please, any feedback will help...

This is not whooping cough. The cough sounds like a problem called tracheitis which is a viral infection causing inflammation of the upper airway. It would be best if she is see by her doctor or paediatrician.
