Worried 6 year old boy

Hello... I have a six year old little boy, and I am concerned about him at the moment.
He weighs 21kg and is 1.225m tall, my concern is he appears so skinny and his muscles dont have alot of "turgor" if I can put it that way, they always feel so soft.
He often complains about joint pain in his calves (say at least twice a month) and doesnt seem to gain weight easily, despite the fact that he is on Minamino and Magnesium every day.
He has ADHD and is on treatment (Convulex 150 in the morning and 300mg at night, as well as Concerta 36mg daily) and he is being seen by a Neurologist.
I just have the feeling that something might be wrong.
His other milestones seem ok, although he still has a slight concentration problem.
Is there anything else I should be doing?
Should I take him to a Paediatrician just for a general check up, or am I maybe overreacting a little?
Any advice would be appreciated....

His weight is exactly on the average for his age and he is rather tall[his height is in the top 25% for children of his age. So he is tall and appears thin as his weight is average, but not at the same level to match his height. If he is eating well and is doing well then I would not be at all concerned about him. If his appetite is poor, it may be due to the Concerta which can diminish a child's appetite.
