Q.

Winds while sleeping

Hi Doctor
My one month old little boy often "smiles" when sleeping and I have been told that it means he has a wind. Am I suppose to pick him up and burp him if I see him "smiling" or leave him to sleep?
Thanks

This may be due to a wind but there is no need to wake him up to wind him.
