Babies seem to do well on Rooibos . It does not have any caffeine which is most in its favour. It also contains several important minerals. Most important is that it is extremely well tolerated and babies are encouraged to take the fluids they need each day.

Rooibos tea not only acts as your personal helping hand in fighting allergies and ailments, it is also perfectly suited for growing babies, young children, active teenagers, parents and grandparents alike.
Infancy can be fraught with ailments and conditions that can be difficult to cope with: baby colic, sleepless nights, nausea and stomach cramps, to name but a few. Rooibos tea can soothe baby's discomfort naturally and can be applied topically to help relieve 'cradle cap' and even nappy rash.
Bathing with Rooibos tea can assist by alleviating certain irritations and skin conditions too. Caffeine free and insignificant traces of tannin are just a couple of the health revitalising properties Rooibos tea naturally brings to you.
