WHITE SORES ON THE LOWER LIP AND TOUNGE

MY 2 YR OLD DAUGHTER HAS DEVELOPED WHITE SORES ON HER LOWER LIP AND TOUNGE. SHE DOES NOT EAT AND SHE IS ALSO FEVERISH. WHAT ARE THEY AND WHAT SHOULD I GIVE HER FOR THE SORES?

This sounds like a problem called herpes stomatitis. If she won't eat she may become dehydrated so please take her to see a doctor as soon as possible-or take her to the emergency dept at your nearest hospital.

My son had this-it lasted about 10 days-they say that it's a form of herpes. Get a local anaesthetic cream from the chemist that deadens the mouth. But take her to see a doctor as well.
