white in colour

my child is 7 months old,and her weight is 7,18kg,she is sitting and she now wants to crawl,im breastfeeding and i gave her mabela and nan pellargon,and problem is she now develops something in her mouth and on the sides but in the mouth(white in colour),but i wipe them using a damp cloth but they are not bleeding,if i wipe them now 2moro they reappear,im not bottle feeding i use cups to give her water.what are those things and what are the cause of those i never took her to the doctor for that.pls help,im also worried about her weight, she looks tiny,

Your baby's weight is just slightly below the average for her age, so there is no real cause for concern about this now. She has a bad thrush [also known as candida] infection of her mouth.You will need to treat her using Nystatin Oral soluttion 1ml given 4 times aday in her mouth for 5 days. If she does not get better please write in again. You must sterilise all her cups using boiling water. You say you do not use a bottle to feed her and use a cup for water. How do you feed her the Pelargon? She is too young to drink enough of her formula from a cup only.

thanx for your respond, she eats mabela(soft porridge) with pelargon 3X, and purity, she does not drink milk,i breastfeed at 13h00,and i knock off at 16H30.
