Which additive ????

Hi Dr. I posted last week about my child having an additive allergy. I''m wonder if you can maybe pls send some more light onto what additives my 18 month could be allergic to. The dr said to me only plain salted chips, plain salted food. No nik naks, no mix a cool drink. Not to bath him with normal soap and no body wash to be used. His test results were as follows :- Control + wheel 7mm, flare 20 mm. Control - all neg. Dog, cat, mould altenaria, aspergillus, grass mix, bermuda grass, plane tree, D plern, -|- croach, egg white, egg yoke, milk, soya, citus, peanut, wheat, banana, apple. ALL negative. She also said he was allowed to eat 2 min noodle with cheese. and only all gold tomato sause. Is there maybe another test I can do to test what exactly he is allergic too > > >

It would be best to have CAST tests done to find out which additives your son is allergic to. These tests are expensive so only do: Sodium metabisulphite, sodium benzoate and MSG.Let me know the results if possible.

My little girl had the same issue, with her she started coughing when she ate something she should not!! She was allergic to Astro''s, steristumpies and bananas.... as well as all the cheap chips and sweets that are in party packs.....
so pay attention to what she is eating and pack a supply of your own party packs for school.....
For us it was a long road to eimination, and she outgrew it, so at 4 she has no more issues!!
Good luck!
