Q.

when does puberty starts

My 10 year old daughter is developing pimples on the front of her forehead- the hairline section and also on her nose. She is also has " bumps" under her t-shirts- i've noticed it looks like swelling of the breasts- is this the start of puberty- is it not too early.
What can be recommended for her skin-as the soap seems not to be helping.I want to start her with the good product routine cleaning. There is such a lot on the market -that i's quite confusing as i dont want to start her on something that will worsen the pimples. Please help. Thank You.

Your daughter could well be starting with puberty as the signs seem to be there.Speak to your pharmacist about a good over the counter cleanser for her skin.
