Q.

When do you stop formula

Hi there - my baby is almost 8 months old now - I just wanted to know when you stop giving them the formula?
Please could you let me know what a good feeding plan is for them at this age! When do you introduce finger foods as she only has 2 bottom teeth and am nervous to even give her the purity 3rd foods as sometimes it looks like she gags but not all the time! Is it true she has to start eating the purity 6 month food with tiny pieces or she will never get used to eating textured food?

She should be on her formula to the age of 1 year. She still needs to be eating finely mashed foods at this stage. She can start on the Purity 3rd foods now. She will get used to eating textured foods, so don't worry about this.
