Q.

what type milk will be suitable for him?

My boy is 11 months old ,he is allergic to wheat ,eggs ,beans ,peanuts and all dairy products including his formular milk(Nan) ,i am still breastfeeding him ,the Doctor said i must stop eating all the above products since he is still getting them from the breast milk ,i feel frustrated cos those are the food that i eat on a daily basis.
Is there any other formular milk that can be suitable for him at this stage ,i want to stop breastfeeding him at 1year six months.
Please help..............

Your child has probably become allergic to these foods through your breast milk. You shoud definitely stop eating peanuts and all peanut products and also eggs as these are the strongest allergens of the foods he is allergic to. If he is allegic to cow's milk the cheapest alternative is a soya based formula such as Infasoy2.

Hi, i am curious to know if he is allergic to these things, what reaction does he have. My child at 5.5 months was diagnosed thru blood tests as being allergic to peanuts and egg white. i have done my best to keep her off anything that even could have traces but it isn't always easy. i never breast fed and found that she has settled nicely on isomil and is now 14 months and still drinks it. Does he come out in a rash?
