My baby is almost 8 months (will be eight months in 3 days). We weighed him on Friday and he weighed 10.13kg. Is this normal?

His weight is very good as it falls on the 75th percentile. This means that he falls into the top 25% of children of his age for his weight, but there is nothing suggesting that he is overweight.

Watch out - my daughter will be 9 months tomorrow she weighs 12.75kg. Weighed her last week. It depends on so many things, my husband and myself are big boned and big bult the same for my family and the same for his family. My son weighed 12 kg at 7 months but after he started teething the weight just stayed there and when he started crawling and walking he became thinner and then he started to be a fussy eater and he is now 33 months and now 15 kg. So it just shows you nè.
