Weaning off formula

Afternoon doc,
My daughter is one year old this Friday and I would like to wean her off NAN 2 and onto cows milk. She has been having yoghurt and cheese for about two months without any side effects. How do I go about weaning her off the formula without causing her an upset stomach? Also, how much should she be drinking during the day? (at present she has 3-4 bottles of 250ml each throughout the day).
Many thanks,
CD

She can change directly over to full cream cow's milk. There should be no need to change her milk intake at this stage although I hope she is drinking water and dilute fruit juices or rooibos as well as her milk.
