Do not give your baby any water or tea now.

Breastfed babies don''t need any additional liquid - just their breastmilk. When they start on solids at the middle of the first year they can be given some water in a cup to start learning how to use a cup and because they need the additional water then.

There is just no need for it before then and it interferes with milk production and lowers moms milk supply.

There is no need to give tea. Ideally a baby should not have liquids other than water until they are over a year or they are toddlers and know what it is and they can then have the occassional treat in moderation.
