Vomited last night - fine this morning

My baby vomited twice last night. And she was a bit restless last night and just wanted her bottle, but I did not want to give her milk as it will just come out. I gave her juice to drink and luckily she kept it down. The last time she vomited I took her to the Paed and she told me that there is not really anything they can give her. I just had to make sure that she does not dehidrate. What can be the cause of this? Can it be due to teething again. She' s cutting all four " eye teeth"  at the moment and she had a feaver last week, but she looks fine. Is there something I can give her for the vomiting especially at night and what can she eat as she does not want anything.

There was a glitch with your question. Sorry for the late answer. I hope that you have sorted out your baby's problem by now. I am not happy about vomiting in an infant. There are many possible causes but this is not usually due to teething. It is always best for your baby to be seen by a paediatrician if she is vomiting.

Take your child to the paediatrician. My child also had symptoms at night and the morning he was fine, also had a fever, but gone the next day, it carried on like that for two days, I also thought he was just teething, gave him panado, and he was fine for a while, until he had convulsions the third morning, and was hospitalised for two days for tests and observation. Turns out he had an ear and chest infection, and this caused the high fever and subsequent convulsions even though he was fine during the day. So go and have it checked out
