I dont mean to sound rude but the bottom line is that my 2yr old, has just eaten chewing gum from the kid at the door asking for bread, she asked the kid for his bubblegum and he took it out of his mouth and gave it to her, My mom, like 3mins later took it out and rinsed her mouth and brushed her teeth, but our concern is the germs she could have just contracted. I know he was a kid, but they carry germs, and being on the streets they could have any disease as well. Please can you tell me what i can give her to cleanse her insides or u think its pointless. Are there any serious disease she can contract in that short space of time. Please reply asap.

There are illnesses such as tonsillitis that can be transmitted in this way. It is too late to do anything active now and all you need to do is to keep an eye on your daughter. If she develops a fever or any sign of being ill ask your doctor to see her.

Virgo, I know its a serious matter to you but I can' t help but laugh. You know we used to eat chewing gum from each others mouth when I was in primary school and I never got sick from it.
I don' t think your LO got a serious disease from the other child unless he has TB. Rather have you LG checked out by a GP/paed just to ease your concerns.

Virgo, are you or your mom watching your LO 24/7, the answer is NO. Stop worrying about getting the germs out of your baby and try teach your LO not to eat anything that comes from anyones mouth. I do not think that there is anything you can give O now, to eradicate the germs. I hope that you were not rude to the other kid......
