Q.

Unexplained convulsions

My son is three years old. He is suffering with his tonsuls and he has a very bad cough. He would cough until he starts to vomit. One afternoon he was running around playing outside. My husband went to go look for him. He took my son by the hand and guided him down the stairs. All of a sudden he just fell on his knees and went limp. My husband picked him up and then he started convulsing. We rushed him to the hospital but the doctor said there is no sighn of any convulsion ever took place. He came out of it just before we reached the hospital and then he was just very tired and weak. But he knew where he was and who we were. THe doctor checked his reflexes and he checked for any infection. He said there was nothing wrong with my son except for the bad cough. Please help me. He had a fever convulsion about a year and half before that. But this time he did not have a fever. Please help me. I am so scared that I will loose my son. I watch him like a hawk now. I am really scared that something bad is going to happen to him. Thank you Maliske
