Q.

Unborn baby with hyperseal? water around testes

Can you please explain exactly what this is. Is it something to worry about what are the implications of this?

Hydrocoele is a fairly common condition where the potential sack that surrounds the testes and is normally obliterated, fills with fluid. If the condition persists it requires referral to a urologist, but it is not a dangerous condition and it causes no harm to the underlying testes.
