Dear Prof
My twins will be 3 in April I have tried everything to get them off the formula but my son still just wants milk
What milk can i give him after 3
He is now on S26 gold 3
The daughter is on isomil she is not allergic
I want to choose a milk that they both can drink they DONT want fresh milk, tehy dont want parmalat first grow i have tried that as well
she is not intolorant
I only want to give them milk because they eat so poorly thank u

Your children do not need much milk now. They only need 2 cups of milk a day. At this age many children eat what they want. They should join you at the table and just put their food in front of them and let them eat what they want to eat. Don't watch them eat.Your children absolutely refuse other milks so if you want them to have milk of any kind you will need to continue as you are doing on their present formulas, but 2 cups a day is enough.
