Q.

travel with toddler

Hi doc

I am flying with my 19 month old boy to Germany in July. It is a 8 hour night flight and I would like to know if there is anything I could give him to help him sleep. I don't want to drug him up and would like him to be alert again when we land. Thank you Shelley

Don't give him any medicines. The usual sedatives often cause children to be very miserable and wakeful and indeed have the opposite effect to what you would want.
