Q.

Trapped Wind when Teething?

My 14 month old battles badly with wind when he is teething (He has 8 teeth now)

It is so bad that he wakes up in the middle of the night screaming.

I get the wind(s) out and put him back to bed, then he goes back to sleep quite easily.

But Why is this happening?

He is a bit old to be so windy. I see this quite often in young children with a lactose intolerance. Try him off all dairy for at least 3 days and see if there is a real improvement. He can use soya instead of milk.
