Q.

Todler Nose bleeding

I have a 30 month old son who frequently (about twice a week) have a bleeding nose. He does not have sores in the nostrils. At certain times when he wakes up he has blood on his pillow, because he bled during the night. At times when he is playing he has this blood coming off his nostrils? Can somebody share some light? I have tried taking him to the Dr with results showing no problem.

This is not normal as you know. He needs to be checked by an ENT doctor. There are all sorts of causes of nose bleeds.
