Q.

Toddler Nutrition

My 20 month old boy loves bread, cheese & yoghurt!

He eats very little protein and fruit / veg. Should I be wooried?

I presume that he drinks milk as well and with the cheese and yoghurt he will be getting some protein.He will begin eating a greater variety of foods as he gets older.

My boy is 33 months since 12 months he has only eaten bread/cereals/biscuts/processed meat/viennas/raw spagetti/vetkoek . The other day at chrech for the first time he ate fish fingers but doesn't want to eat it at home and he also ate some bacon. Just make sure LO gets his multivitamin and try with each and every time you eat to offer him something, some day he will eventually eat something else.
