Q.

Teething,vomitting & a diahrea

Hi doc
My daugther is 1 ½ yrs old and she's been vomitting for the past 1 ½ now. I took her a GP n he gave her medication but she brings it all up. I'm busying giving her Rehidyrat.
All this is caused when ever she teethes.
Is this enough or should she be hospitalized.

This illness is not due to teething. Your daughter has gastro-enteritis which is an infection. She sounds as if she has picked up an infection with a rotavirus. As she continues to vomit she runs the risk of becoming dehydrated, so she must be seen by a doctor.
