My one year old daughter has two swollen gum on the bottom jaw and we recently noticed that there is one tooth which recently came out on the upper jaw thus directly above one of the swollen gums. The gum below the new tooth was so swollen &  it looked like it had a red tender " blister" . I am not sure whether the lower gum which has a " blister"  the cause is the tooth which just came out on the upper jaw or the tooth is just struggling to cut through the gun. In the evenning I noticed that the bilster on the gun had opened up and the gun looks like it hass a sore or open wound. Is there an anticeptic that I can use to clean this gum so that it does not get infected.

This is unlikely to be an infection of your baby's gums. Much more likely is that it is simply the tooth itself that you can see through the gum. Use a teething gel such as Teejel at the places where your baby's teeth are coming through.
