Q.

Teething

Hi there

Is it possible for a baby to start teething at 3 months.

My daughter is almost 3 months old and constantly eats her hands she bites on her bottle teat fairly hard but it seems very strange as she is still so young. There definitely seems to be an irritation in her mouth but I cant say whether it is that. Please advise me on what I can get her and if it really is possible.

Thanks
Janine

She certainly sounds as if she has started teething. You do not need to use anything at this stage, only when she seems to have pain.Use pansoral Gel on her gums when she seems to be uncomfortable. Her teeth will probably only start to appear at about 6 months.
