Q.

Sweat too much

I just want to find out if it is normal or my daughter has some kind of illness. I have a 13 month old daughter who sweats a lot and at night she sweats until her clothes are wet. It all started when she was three months old but she did not sweat a lot at night.

I am concerned about this situation your help will be appreciated.

If a child is feverish or unwell she needs to be evaluated, also if there is any change in the pattern of symptoms. Nightsweats is always one of the possible signs of TB and if there is any chance of exposure to someone with TB it is best to have it evaluated.
