Stilpane syrup is not recommended for infants as it contains codeine.Use Panado syrup and apply Pansoral gel to your baby's gums, gently massaging the gel in with the tip of your little finger. This should be done only when needed.

According to studies published in medical journals Nurofen works, quickest and for longest for teething pain babies. I think you can give it to her?

How old is your baby? I have also tried everything, only mild relief of pain. Untill our baby cut her molars, she was very much in pain, did not want to sleep or eat. Cleared it with my paed and he said I could give her 3,5ml at night. Our baby is 15 months old! With the other teeth, Nurofen worked the best! Also 3,5ml every 6 hours.
