I have searched through your archives &  come up with my answer, just want to double check - my 2 year old complains evey now &  then about a sore tumyy but nothing serious - my mom she might have worms so i must get worm syrup ? you' ve metioned Flagyl syrup in previous replies. so whatdo i get the flagyl or worm one? can it be linked to a bit of smelly breath also not serious, but again - i picked up on previous mails - she had a bit of blocked nose - which could have caused it- will monitor it. so what will it be Flagyl or vermox &  is there a connection? thanks candice

Her sore tummy at her age is most likely to be due to Giardia infection. The treatment for this is Flagyl.2- year old children should not have bad breath. If she does not have any tooth decay then a very likely cause is tonsil or adenoid infection. Keep her nose clear with saline drops. If she does not improve ask your doctor to check her tonsils.

I thought was the teeth (he is got 7 teeth only now), he had a high temp a week ago(we treated him with panado, so his temp was gone), but his bad breath has been for a while (1 or 2 months ago).

Now, he seems fine, but his breath is VERY BAD!

Please help!!! thanks, Meng
