You can start your baby on solids now. Start off with a rice cereal.

The best is to start off with rice cereal at night, 2 teaspoons mixed with your breast milk and then gradually increase the amount. Keep him on that for at least 2 weeks. Then start him on veggies at lunch time, also increase gradullay. Lastly introduce fruit.

Go to www dot babycentre dot co dot uk
Click on baby and the go to introducing solids.
Very amazing website with wonderful information.

I read that the best is to start with veggies and to cereal.

Go to your local store and find the Purity Butternut, sweet potato etc. that it from 4 months.

I used it for my girl.
