Q.

Sleeping Problems 19months old

My daughter is 1 year 7 months and from less than a year she used to sleep well, maybe wake up once or twice perevening. Recently she is waking up more frequently, sometimes 4 to 5 times per night. She is not sick or on any medication and she is not a sickly child. Now and again she refuses to eat but either than that she is fine. She sleep in our room but on the cort and we are planning to move her to her room but now we are worried that she wakes a lot and feel uncomfortable moving her. Please help.

This is very common indeed and should not be a reason not to move her to her own room now. Just go to her, reassure her if she wakes and leave her room. Don't let her sleep in your bed.
