Sleep apnea in 4 year old

My son''s 4 years old and recently I noticed that he stopps breathing for round about 10 - 20 seconds at night. From what I noticed it happens about 3 or 4 times a night. He was born at 35 weeks (dont know whether this is relevant). At 11 months he stopped breathing twice in one night. We had him on a breathing monitor (those ones they NICU use under bedding). When we soke from the alarm of the monitor going off, baby was blue/grey. It turned out he had a heart infection.
Now, suddenly he stopps again? His tonsils and adenoids were removed last year August.

This is an extremely dangerous situation in a young child. The usual cause is a very blocked nose such as being due to enlarged adenoids. Your son has had his adenoids removed. Your son must be seen again by the ENT surgeon ASAP, tomorrow if possible!. Please let me know what the ENT specialist tells you.
