Skin rash

Good morning dr
My 1 yeal old developed a rash that looks like rubella all over her body. I saw the rash yesterday. She was not feverish. She doesn''t want to eat. Takes only part of her bottles. She is niggly and cries alot. She didn''t eat anything new. No new soap or anything out of the ordinary.Do you think it can be rubella? Baby measles?

Your baby's rash could be Rubella, but more likely is that she has 'baby measles' also known as Roseola. The Roseola rash only lasts a day or two and then disappears while the rash of Rubella lasts for 3 to 5 days.
