Singulair

Hi Doc
have posted a couple of times in the past, after much more up and down, pead pulmonoligist has finally put baby 10 mnths on losec and singualir which seems to be helping, how safe is it to take for a prolonged period, doc suggested 6mnths to a year?

Singulair has been shown to be safe to use in babies as young as 3 months of age. The usual period of treatment is for 3 months and then progress is assessed and a decision made about continuing the Singulair.Losec is also safe to use in infants.
