Should i take him to doc?

My 20mnth old has not been feeling well this wkend, saturday whilst driving he vomit all over me, and was really pap thereafter, woke up fine sunday morning, but then pap in the afternoon again. He has a snotty nose and wet cough. Last nite gave him some water with honey for the slyme and he vomit all over again. Question, should i take him to doc, he has no fever, currently giving him coryx flu&  cold syrup, adco lincopetent for the cough and ponstal. He went to creche this morning, as he was fine this morning, but do you maybe think he needs an antibiotic to clear up the nose and chest? All what else could i give him?

Your little son appears to have a bad cough and cold. He probably vomited due to mucous running down the back of his throat and being swallowed and then irritating his stomach. You need to keep his nose clear by using a saline nasal spray such as Sterimar Children's Nasal Spray twice a day.Give him Mucosirop to help him to cough up the mucous and to clear his chest. He has no fever so he does not need the Ponstel. Coryx contains pseudoephedrine and should not be given to a child under 2 years. Linctopent may make him quite active as it contains orciprenaline.
