Severe Stomache pain now for 3 days

Good day, my daughter has severe stomache pain now for 3 days - starting 4h00 on Sunday morning. No other symptoms. It was first above her navel an now it is below her navel as well. Her below stomache hurts now more than the top (above the navel). I took her to the doctor yesterday morning 8h00 and again at 18h00. They gave her Bascopan and Donnatal. She is eating normal. But she did not eat last night and the pains dissappeared last night from 10h00 antil today 27 Jan at 15h00 it started again. She had porridge this morning. At 13h00 rooibostea with milk with 3 sugars and brown bread with egg and tomato sauce today. What could be causing this pain and what will stop this? What can I do to help relieve her pain?
Thanx for your help.

I do not know how old your child is, but stomach pain due to viral infections is common this time of year. It normally lasts for a few days and may be associated with some fever or diarrhoea, but then it improves spontaneously. If the symptoms persist or deteriorate it needs to be re-evaluated.

Good day,
My child is 9 years old. She does not have fever or diarrhoea. Not other symptoms, just the stomache pains.
