serious skin problem in toddler

i ve got a 3 year old girl with a constant itchy , red skin. i ve been to a gp , who ran some blood tests for allergies , but couldnt find anything. the dermatologist suggested i use epizone &  deselex - unsuccessfull - i ve been to a homeopath who diagnosed candida infection &  gave her the drops - without a change - the rash started when she was about 1 , she had a serious case of the rota virus and was hospitalised. from then on she got the rash , it s all over her body , in patches of little red bumps. she then scratches the bumps until it s bleeding &  i assume it then spreads. it s really difficult to see my baby like this because it looks like she s in pain all the time from all the raw , bleeding parts. please help me , as i do not know what to do anymore. there is no history of allergies in the family , and apart from this she is a healthy toddler. thank you !

What is needed here is a diagnosis of your little girl's skin problem. None of the specialists you have consulted has given you a diagnosis. It is difficult for me to diagnose her skin problem without being able to see your little girl. The rash could be a severe form of eczema or a condition called chronic urticaria or even scabies.Of these the most likely cause is eczema but the absence of a family history of allergies is against this diagnosis.I know that you have seen a dermatologist already. It would be best if you could take your daughter to a paediatric allergist. There are experts in all the main centres. If you can't find one let me know and I will recommend an expert to you.
