Sensitive boy

My son is three and half years old. Lately he has become very sensitive to certain clothes. He cant wear sertain clothes as he says they are too rough - its all cotton and the inside is lined with warm material- not fleece. Nothing should touch the higher part of the back of his neck- no hooded tops/jackets. When he was two he had the same problem with t-shirts. He basically spent that summer topless. Then has another issue about getting his clothes wet. He throws a rage even if its a little droplet of water that falls on his clothes. He has to be changed into dry colthes ASAP.

He has become more fuusy eating and most things smell terrible to him. A few months ago bad smells would make him almost throw up- but thats a bit better now.

What could be wrong with him??
