SCALP PROBLEMS IN TODDLERS

I am experiencing problems with what seems like dandruff on my two toddler boys' scalps. It is yellow and seems flaky but does not come off. But now I also noticed that the yellow "spots" turned to a large black spot on my one son's head. What is this and what kind of treatment can I apply? I already tried NIZ shampoo but it is not working.

What you describe sounds like craddle cap, which is very common in small children (usually less than 4yrs of age). This is not eczema or any infection that requires treratment. The best advice is to apply oil, baby oil or even olive oil, and rub it inot the affected area. Done 3 times/week this should show results within 2-3weeks. If the lesions persist you need to see you doctor.
