Q.

Rubbing face

My 3 month old baby is always busy rubbing his face on something. When he is sitting on my lap drinking, he will stop and put his face into my chest, when he is lying on his side or back, he puts his face into whatever he is lying on.

Why does he do this? Please could you explain.......

It seems as if his face is itchy and the usual cause of this is eczema. If he has developed a rash already then eczema is very likely.Apply a moisturiser to his face such as infant aqueous cream twice daily.
