Rooibos tea

Hi there, I still breastfeed my 6 month old daughter but from 5 months I started introducing rice cereal once a day and then from 6 months started giving purity in the evening as well. She only breastfeed about once every 4-6 hours and I try to time her feedings so that it doesn''t interfere with her milk intake for eg. am milk, 2hours later cereal, 3 hours later milk and then later purity and then I will end of with milk before she goes to bed at about 18h30 in the evening. Is this ok for her? and then I also started giving her some rooibos tea. how much should she get daily and can I make a bottle and keep it during the day for her to take sips from?

You can start giving your bay rooibos tea now as she has already started on solids. Do not add any sugar to the rooibos tea. Her diet seems to be very good but the proof really is whether she is gaining weight regularly and progressing well.
