Q.

Reuteri drops and Vitamin syrup???

I tried the pharmacist, but it does not seem like he is going to reply. I have a 14 month old boy and everytime I give him yogurt or fruit he gets a runny tummy and nappy rash. I read about Reuteri drops to normalise the digestion. Will it help? I cannot cut out yogurt and fruit? Also we are going on leave and the family always have flu, can I give him a vitamin syrup to boost his immunity? I have tablets, which I crushed into his porridge but he refuses to eat it. Which vitamin syrup would be the best? I stay at home with my toddler and he is isolated from illness. I am scared that exposure will really hit him hard. Thanks.

It sounds as if your son has lactose intolerance. You can try reuteri drops. If he continues to have a runny tummy after milk or milk products, try a soya milk.
You can certainly give him a vitamin syrup-Vidaylin M is a good choice.
