restless sleeper

Good day!

My 19month old boy, was completely restless last night. He usually sleeps in his cot from about 8pm, then wakes up between 12& 1am and i then put him in bed with me. I think he might be uncomfortable in the cot, maybe too small for him, cos he''s quite tall. He has this habit of always wanting to play with my hair when drinking his bottle, wether awake or asleep. So he was constantly drinking on his bottle last night and trying to play with my hair all in his " sleep" . this went on till about 5h30 this morning, to which strangely he was then " rustig"  and when i left at 7 this morning, he was still sleeping peacefully. The domestic said he''s very moody this morning, and i''m thinking is because he did not have a good night rest either. What can i do here?
thanking you in advance

It is difficult to know exactly why your little son was so restless last night, but taking him into your bed, giving him bottles of milk and letting him play with your hair will be the start of a regular pattern or habit which will be difficult to stop. He may be teething as he may be getting his molar teeth now.He seems to need to be in a bed now as he is too big for his cot. He should stay in his bed when he wakes up and should have his own bedroom.
