I did answer this previously, but I see it has been evluated without any major cause for concern. The main thing is that she is growing well and not to disturb her sleep unnecessarily. Rather leave her alone to settle again or give her a bottle 1-2x/night as required at this age. The mucous in the stool is not a concern in the absence of any other symptoms.

Does she have a hard tummy?
You can try Prunes-Purity, she will have to get use to the tast, but it worked for my boy....
Aslo brown sugar, put it in her tea.... do not use white sugard, it gives them hard tummies.

Good luck
