Many "natural" products also have side-effects and it is best to use nothing that is not absolutely necessary. One milk bottle would be sufficient during the night. The most important thing is to establish a good routine, by not providing unnecessary reward or comfort when your child wakes up at night. It is good to remember that what you describe is very common and most parents wake multiple times at night when their children are small. It helps if you can share the load wtih your husband.
