I know that this is distressing for you as her mother. This behaviour is most common with babies whose mothers go off to work. Just be patient and loving, this stage will soon pass.

Yep you not alone, my will be tomorrow 11 month old son does the same. he actually shows me when he cries for his daddy and daddy picks him up will look at me afterwards and laugh to show me how happy he is with daddy.
I dont recent my boyfriend but I think its a phase all kids go through or rather a stage.
Dont get me wrong, it is rather hurtful and painful, I suppose we just gotta ride it out.

I was too ashamed to even ask, but the same thing is happening to me.

My son is 10 months old, i bath him, feed him, put him to sleep, get up in the middle of the night for him, but all he wants is his daddy and doesn' t even acknowledge me if he is in the same room as me. I hate it, i even started to secretly recent my husband. But i understand why, daddy is fun, daddy on plays, mommy has to be strict and care for him and when i am not doing that i have to clean house or cook.

I am sorry for your situation but it does feel good to know that this is happening to other mommies out there too, i am not alone and neither are you.
