My month old baby has a rash on the head of his penis, its like a red rash with litle pimples oround the opening of his head, it has not spread to his bum area, what can be used for it and it is a nappy rash or an infection?

This may be due to a mild nappy rash. Try Bepanthen nappy cream and see if this helps. If it does not help write in again.
